    Your body can only absorb 30-40g of protein at a time per NASM. I’d spread this out over multiple meals. Also, 1200 calories, even while cutting, is too low for a man or even a woman. Check out Minnesota Starvation Project. ❤

    🤔 too much protein in one meal can cause literally diarrhea (oops😮sorry ) because the body will not be able to absorb it. The best recommendation overall is to have 30 grams maximum protein per meal divided in 5 meals for some folks. Don’t get me wrong I think is great if someone can get that much protein in just 3 meals or even 4 meals. But like you said it is just for a short amount of time.

    Damn that sucks. The dumbells in my gym go up to 56kg (123 pounds) And even I think that will be too light in a soon enough time.

    For $10 a month, it's a great complimentary gym but not something you want to make your main/permanent one. You're meant to use it to get your wings and climb into an old school gym. PF simply has too much emphasis on cardio and not enough machines. Specifically me, I wish there were more chest machines in there compared to an old school gym.
