The best recommendation overall is to have 30 grams maximum protein per meal divided in 5 meals for some folks. Don’t get me wrong I think is great if someone can get that much protein in just 3 meals or even 4 meals. But like you said it is just for a short amount of time.

For $10 a month, it's a great complimentary gym but not something you want to make your main/permanent one. You're meant to use it to get your wings and climb into an old school gym. PF simply has too much emphasis on cardio and not enough machines. Specifically me, I wish there were more chest machines in there compared to an old school gym.

Use ground chicken instead. Healthier, and way less calories for the same amount of protein.
That what i do, ground beef's fat and i use the ground beef fat for cooking chicken breast which save me cooking oils 😂😂😂
